DIVELLA CANAROLI RICE 1x1kg

Divella Carnaroli Rice is a premium, super-fine Italian white rice favored by chefs for its large grains and high starch content. It is the ideal ingredient for authentic, creamy risottos because it absorbs maximum flavor while holding its shape and remaining al dente.

This is the king of risotto rice, with higher amylose content for firmer al dente bite.

A premium step up from Arborio.
